Liberty Ridge Advisors Announces the Recapitalization of Manson Growers Co-Op.

SEATTLE, WA—March 23rd, 2022—Liberty Ridge Advisors, LLC is pleased to announce a new deal “east of the mountains” that will sweeten Washington State apple crops for years to come. Raleigh, NC-based International Farming Corporation (IFC) has recapitalized Manson Growers Co-op. a premiere Washington grower, packer and shipper of apples. Based in the Lake Chelan Valley, Manson Growers members overwhelmingly welcomed this infusion which will continue the recent trend of aging Washington orchards receiving fresh capital investments to revitalize production. Liberty Ridge Advisors acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Manson Growers. “We were very pleased to have partnered with Liberty Ridge Advisors through this transaction.
